ABOUT US

Philosophy - Community Athletics was founded in 1978 to provide a structured sports program for children in the surrounding communities (in general, communities within the North Hunterdon/Voorhees Regional High School District). The fundamental philosophy and motto of Community Athletics is "Everybody Plays, Everybody Learns and Everybody Has Fun". The emphasis of the programs is for the participants to develop an interest in sports, teamwork, fundamental skills development, safety and sportsmanship. No one is "cut" from a team and each player must participate in at least half of each game. The sports programs depend on volunteers and are supported solely by donations and registration fees.
