You will be guided through several steps to register your player on line. Please carefully READ AND PRINT these instructions before you proceed.

1. Read the following disclaimer. When you press the PayPaL button you will be indicating your acceptance of this waiver. You do NOT need a PayPal account to register.

WAIVER - I hereby agree to allow my child to participate in the Community Athletics T-Ball program. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as other related activities incidental to my child’s participation and I am willing to assume these risks on his(her) behalf. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the designated sport. In addition to giving full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the organization named above, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, officials and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the designated sport and the activities incidental thereto whether the result of negligence or any other cause.

2. When you click on the PayPal button below, you will be taken to a secure website where your credit card transaction will be processed. The charge will be $85 and you can use a variety of payment methods including Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. The credit card process is toward the left bottom of the screen. If you do not successfully complete the transaction your registration will be discarded. At the conclusion of the PayPAL transaction you MUST Click Return To Community Athletics to enter your player's information and complete your registration.

3. Make sure you fill out all of the required fields on the application. If your player has any allergies or physical limitations please note them in the comments field. 

4. You will need to repeat this process for each player you wish to register.

5. When you click on the PayPal button you will be acknowledging that you are the parent or guardian of the player that you are registering and that you accept the terms of the waiver above.
